The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Some items will be in stock and ready to dispatch within 2 working days, others will be made to order and typically take 3 to 5 working days to make before shipping. If you require an item for a specific date please let me know when ordering and I will do my best to have it ready (or let you know if its not possible.)

Where is a high demand for an item (or it is something that takes a little longer to make) the item may not be available for immediate purchase but show as 'Out of stock'. There is an option to receive an email when the item is available again. This also lets me know what to make next so don't be afraid to use this option!

Shipping within the UK:

• 1st Class - Large Letter £2.50, Small Parcel £3.95
• Tracked 24 & Signed - Large Letter £5.20, Small Parcel £5.65
• 1st Class Signed - Large Letter only £4.20
• Special Delivery - Large Letter £7.75, Small Parcel £8.75

Once an item is ready for dispatch it will be posted by Royal Mail, 1st Class. Typically I do not use a tracked or signed for service but may do for higher value items. Estimated delivery time for First Class is 1-3 business days

Shipping to destinations outside of the UK:

I am currently unable to send to orders to EU and non-EU countries within the Common Market (including Northern Ireland) My apologies for the inconvenience as I work to find a way to comply with the GSPR requirements

International Timescales:

Once an item is ready for dispatch it will be posted by Royal Mail, International Standard service. This is not a tracked service. If you require a tracked service please select that option at check out.
