Tiny Recycled Nugget Stud Earrings in Sterling Silver

When I use sheet silver to create my jewellery there is, inevitably, some waste around the shapes I cut. These little nuggets are formed by melting those scraps and offcuts into little, organic nuggets. I love the little dimples, divots and texture you get when you melt sterling silver like these, each little nugget will be unique. Because of the organic nature of the nuggets I make quite a few then spend time carefully picking out 'matched' pairs.

The earrings are securely soldered on to sterling posts and finished off with sterling butterfly/scroll backs - these make a lovely little gift. The nuggets vary in size, the measurement shown refers to the approximate diameter of the stud. If it helps, those the three sizes in my hand.

Each pair of earrings is handmade so there will be some slight variation from those shown. I do take care to match pairs. Earrings will be presented in a gift box.
