The Maxine earring enhancers are designed to be worn with any of my stud earrings. You just thread them on to the posts of the studs, either in front or behind your ear lobes. The discs have an outside diameter of 17mm and are polished on one side with a satin, brushed finish on the other. That gives you a total of six different looks. more if you mix the arrangements or finishes.
